The IVAR XXNF BOA® combines comfort and recycling
With the IVAR XXNF BOA® black-blue Low ESD S3S, our goal was to produce even more sustainably while further developing innovative features. The idea behind this is simple: more recycling, less environmental impact and still all the protection functions that are important in everyday work. The upper material made of hydrophobic microfibre, combined with a breathable textile lining, both contains recycled raw materials and thus contributes to resource-saving production. For wearing comfort, the WELLMAXX NEWFEEL sole made of rubber and eTPU. The midsole consists entirely of Infinergy® from BASF, a material known for its elasticity. Each step is cushioned, the load is noticeably reduced and part of the energy is returned upon unrolling. The closure system is also well thought out. The BOA® Fit System Li2, the advanced version of the classic BOA® system, can be adjusted in both directions, making it easy to tighten or loosen the lacing on the go without taking off the shoe. In terms of protection, the shoe relies on tried-and-tested technology: a protective carbon toe cap, a metal-free perforation guard and a TPU creep nose ensure that every step is well protected, while the shoe remains flexible and comfortably light. The shoe with excellent slip resistance is FO, SR, SC and HRO certified and ESD compliant. Available in sizes 36 to 48.
