Order process at Klium

You placed an order in our webshop. As soon as we receive your payment, we process the order automatically. You receive an order confirmation by email, and at the same time the packing slip for your order prints in our central warehouse.

Do you order on working days before 8:00 p.m.? Then we prepare stock items for shipment the same day. We place non-stock items on daily purchase lists and deliver them in one or more partial shipments as soon as we receive them. During checkout you can choose how you want to receive non-stock items (backorders): as one subsequent shipment or several partial deliveries.

Once the stock items are ready to ship, you receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code to follow your shipment. We send the invoice automatically once all items in your order have shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling:

  • Free shipping from €125 incl. VAT
  • Orders under €75: €11.99 incl. VAT
  • Orders between €75 and €125: €6.99 incl. VAT

Delivery times

Next-day delivery & delivery from Monday through Saturday. Each product in our webshop shows an expected delivery time. Stock items ordered on working days before 8:00 p.m. ship the same day. We reorder non-stock items from the supplier. For orders with both stock and non-stock items, we ship the stock items immediately. We send non-stock items, based on your choice at checkout, in one or several partial shipments. Delivery times for non-stock items are based on supplier/manufacturer information, which we update regularly. As soon as we receive an update, we notify you.

Longer delivery time with certain payments

We process orders only after receiving payment. Expect a longer delivery time for payments by bank transfer.

Delivery of your order, Monday through Saturday

Klium works with DHL for small and large parcels (pallet shipments). In Belgium, DHL partners with bpost for parcel deliveries. Choose delivery to an address of your choice or to a pickup point near you. Couriers deliver small parcels Monday through Saturday, large parcels Monday through Friday.

The courier leaves a message explaining what happens with your parcel.


Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, without stating any reason, and to cancel your order. After notifying your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return your order. You can best submit your return request via our customer service page. You will be redirected to our return portal, or you can also start the return process through your Klium account.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal

For withdrawals, return shipping costs are at your expense.

  • If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Consumer is liable for the resulting loss in value. In that case, Klium may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual damage suffered.
  • Please return the item in its original (unused) condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. If during the cooling-off period you go beyond what is necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product, we may deduct the depreciation from the refund. The direct costs of returning the order are at your expense.
