Frequently asked questions

Shipping and handling costs in the Netherlands and Belgium

  • Free shipping for orders over €125
  • Orders with a total amount less than €75: €11.99 incl. VAT
  • Orders with a total amount between €75 and €125: €6.99 incl. VAT

Shipping and handling costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium

  • These are calculated on (Klium.com) during the order check-out.

Returns: the right of withdrawal

  • You can return an item within a period of 14 days after receipt or notify us within this period that you wish to cancel your purchase. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
  • We kindly ask that you return the item in its original (unused) condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. If you use the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund amount.
  • To initiate your return, please select 'Returns' as the type of request above and fill in the contact form. Follow the next steps to create/print your return label. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

Reset or change the password yourself

You can reset your account password by logging into your Klium account. In the "My personal information" section, you can set a new password.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on the "My account" icon at the top of the Klium webpage. On this page, as a registered visitor, you can log in with your personal details. Click on the "Forgot password" text just below the login button. Enter your email address, and you will receive (if you are registered in our system) an email allowing you to create a new password. You can later change this newly created password in your account.
