Accurate cuts through tough metals

Practical benefits

Precise control with Bahco: You achieve straight and fast cuts through metal thanks to the high blade tensioning design.
Alternative 55-degree mounting: You position the blade at 55 degrees to perform clean flush cuts in tight spaces.
Integrated spare blade storage: You store extra saw blades directly inside the tubular frame for quick and easy access.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Bahco 225-PLUS, you make clean, precise cuts through metal pipes, profiles, and threaded rods. The rigid design allows for very high blade tensioning on the included 300 mm Sandflex bi-metal blade (24 TPI), preventing blade wander or flexing during demanding cuts. Its lightweight aluminium frame minimizes hand and arm fatigue during extended use and features a hollow back section to store spare blades right on the job. When working close to walls or obstructions, simply mount the blade at the 55-degree position to achieve flush cuts with ease.
