Picks, hoes, rakes and garden claws from Bahco
Bahco picks, hoes, rakes and garden claws are hand tools for groundwork, garden maintenance and loosening hardened soil. Landscapers, grounds maintenance contractors and construction crews use them to break up earth, remove weeds and tidy borders.
For heavy groundwork, a pick is the right tool. A fibreglass handle dampens vibration on construction work. Non-sparking picks in copper beryllium or aluminium bronze are intended for zones where a spark is a hazard. With picks, look at the head width and the handle length, which is around 900 to 910 mm.
For finer work in beds and borders there are short hoes with one or two points, a cradle fork, border rakes and a small garden rake, all with a two-component handle. A garden claw with a large T-handle loosens the soil without digging. A debarker strips bark from felled timber.
This range belongs to Bahco cultivating and gardening tools. To reach further or replace a worn handle, the matching Bahco handles and spare blade for garden tools are in the neighbouring category.
