With sophisticated functions, it delivers precise results and cuts tiles up to a length of 640 millimetres. An added advantage of the tile cutter is the effortless scratching and breaking of tile in just one operation. The compact device further features a titanium-coated cutting wheel for scratching tiles. This makes the tile cutter extremely durable and constantly ensures a precise breaking edge. Moreover, a distribution scale on ruler and stop ensures millimetre-accurate working. Equipped with a base plate made of die-cast aluminium, the tile cutter is extremely robust. Moreover, the fitted rubber feet make the PTC 640 extremely stable and prevent it from slipping during use. With the PTC 640 tile cutter, ceramic wall and floor tiles up to twelve millimetres thick can be easily scratched and broken. A clamping device secures the tile in the tile cutter and a titanium-coated cutting wheel cuts the tile precisely. This ensures high precision even when cutting narrow tile strips. If large tiles have to be worked with, the widening of the bearing surface of the PTC 640 tile cutter is a superior plus point. The PTC 640 also features a moving stop for easy serial cutting. The lightweight device can be easily and safely transported to various workplaces with two carrying handles.
