Cordless rivet guns for blind rivets

A cordless rivet gun sets blind rivets quickly and with constant force. You place the rivet, squeeze, and the tool pulls the mandrel with even force, so every joint comes out equally firm. That makes the tool ideal for sheet-metal work, facade construction, vehicle and machine building and assembly work where you set many rivets in a row.

Most models run on 18V, with lighter subcompact versions on lower voltages for finer work and hard-to-reach places. A good rivet gun handles rivets up to around 4 mm, with heavier versions for larger diameters, and a collection system for the spent mandrels. When choosing, watch the maximum rivet diameter, the pulling force and the weight for prolonged use.
