DeWalt combination sets put metal, concrete and wood drills together with screwdriver bits or saw blades in one case, for professionals who want one set to cover several tasks. Most sets come in a Tough Case with a fixed place for every piece, so a missing item shows at once.

Choose the set by your work. For general assembly a drill and screw bit set of 19 to 25 pieces is enough, with for example HSS-G metal drills from 2 to 8 mm or concrete drill bits from 4 to 8 mm. FLEXTORQ bits absorb the torque peaks of an impact driver. If you work a lot in wood and metal, a larger EXTREME or EXTREME 2 set holds speed bits, wood drills and metal drills; sets of up to 85 pieces add SDS-Plus concrete bits and Torx bits.

For joinery there are drill bits with countersinks that drill a hole and a countersunk seat in one pass. Saw blade sets with sandpaper round off the range, which is part of the wider DeWalt sets and kits. If you only need drills, the separate DeWalt drill bit sets for metal, wood and concrete are more focused.
