OK Flux 10.83 is a low-basicity, agglomerated aluminate-rutile welding flux for submerged arc welding (SAW). It has been developed for high welding speeds and produces smooth weld beads with excellent slag removal. The welding flux is suitable for general structural work, diaphragm wall panels, beam structures and the production of, amongst other things, wheels for the automotive industry. It is mainly used in combination with single- or twin-wire systems and is suitable for both direct and alternating current.
