Shrink sleeves fitted with a strap and a metal D-shaped ring. With this solution, you have an attachment point on any type of product, so that it can be used with the leir belts and locking hooks FACOM SLS. Examples:special tool, pen, spray can, lever, The strap encloses the crimp for maximum resistance and safety of the whole. It is resistant to the most commonly used solvents. The adhesive of the tubing liquefies due to heat during the shrinking process. Optimal shrinking temperature: between 150 and 300° depending on stocking thickness and diameter. Optimal adhesion on most substrates:rough, chromed or phosphated steel, aluminium, wood, plastic,... Precautions: - Clean and degrease the product to which the shrink tubing is applied. - Select the correct diameter of the heatshrink tubing using the model table. - Pick a spot where the jacket does not affect ergonomics. If possible, find a place where the sleeving cannot slip when it is shrunk. - Observe the maximum recommended weight. - Heat the sleeving to approx. 3 cm with a conventional hot air gun FACOM E.2015. Take care not to burn the strap. - Allow to cool for 5 minutes for optimum adhesive strength of the adhesive. - Check that the glue adheres well. - Check the material regularly.
