Roundover cutter

The Roundover cutter is just the thing for delicate, small-scale edge work. It's mostly for solid wood, but you can also use it on plastic edges. The special hollow core cutter fits right onto the spindle, which means you get top-notch run-out accuracy and a really neat routing finish.

  • Single-edged cutter (Z1): Less heat buildup means fewer scorch marks when routing across the grain.
  • Special cutter: For rounding off edges, innit?
  • Cutter radius: Spot on for the ball bearing.
  • To protect the surface: The radius transitions into a 5° run-out on the router blade.
  • Low installation height: The flush ball bearing mount of the cutter lets you route in rebates or on a stack of panels.
