Secure fixings with Fischer EA II

Practical benefits
  • Flush and stable installation: The pronounced rim prevents the sleeve from slipping too deep into the drilled hole during assembly.
  • Flexible metric internal thread: You can easily fit standard metric screws or threaded rods to suit your specific mounting requirements.
  • Fast and verified expansion: Driving in the internal cone expands the sleeve tightly against the drill hole wall for strong hold.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Fischer ea II M8X30 drop-in anchor, you quickly create a strong and reusable M8 internal thread directly in concrete. The pronounced rim ensures the anchor sits flush with the surface and prevents the sleeve from slipping too deep into the 10 mm drill hole during installation. Driving in the internal cone with a suitable setting tool expands the anchor securely against the drill hole wall. This makes it ideal for mounting cable trays, pipe routes, and ventilation ducts using standard metric M8 screws or threaded rods. In addition, attached components can be easily disassembled without having to remove the anchor.

Product description

The internally threaded anchor with a rim for simple Hammerset installation.

The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II is an internal threaded anchor made of zinc-plated steel. The Hammerset anchor is set flush to the surface of the anchoring base using the hammer. With the setting tool EHS Plus or the machine setting tool EMS the sleeve is expanded by driving in the internal rod and expands against the drill hole wall. For correct expansion to take place, no torque must be applied to the screw or the threaded rod. The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II is ideal for fixing sprinkler systems, gratings, and consoles in internal areas with approval.

  • Simple Hammerset installation: no slippage during assembly due to the pronounced edge on the anchor sleeve
  • Use of standard metric screws and threaded rods lowers complexity
  • Power-saving series installation with machine setting tool EA II S-SDS
  • Visual control due to embossing
  • ETA approval for non-cracked concrete and multiple fixings
  • The embossed rim prevents the anchor sleeve from slipping, thus ensuring a trouble-free hammerset installation
  • The metric internal thread means that it is possible to use standard screws or threaded rods for the ideal adaptation to suit the intended use
  • The EMS machine setting tool allows for effortless installation, particularly in the case of series installations
  • The embossing that is applied when expanding with the EHS Plus setting tool offers a simple control of the anchoring and provides increased safety
  • Fixing point at hef 25 mm prevents anchor of falling out of the drill hole before being expanded
  • The black fixing point prevents the anchor from falling out of the drill hole during overhead installation

Suitable for

  • The EA II is suitable for pre-positioned installation
  • Position the hammerset anchor in the drill hole and drive in flush to the surface of the anchor base using the hammer
  • The sleeve is then expanded by driving in the internal bolt with the EHS Plus setting tool (alternative: EMS machine setting tool), and expanded against the drill hole wall
  • The setting tools must sit on the rim of the anchor to ensure correct expansion
