The Makita DTD173 is a very compact and superbly balanced impact screwdriver. It is equipped with a brushless motor and has a maximum torque of 180 Nm. The machine has an easy-to-use rear control panel with four power levels and also features several assist modes. The assist modes provide automatic speed adjustment and is chosen according to the application, for example slow start and then speed up for drilling in wood. The function button above the switch can be used to either adjust the stroke strength or switch to the last mode used.
