Compact XGT® 40Vmax chainsaw with excellent power-to-weight ratio. The optimised steering ensures fast acceleration, higher peak power and, for the user, better load sensing. Only the tool, battery and charger are not included.
- The eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) ensures good dust and water resistance.
- The highly visible line on the machine helps to drop the tree in the right direction during felling.
- The high acceleration reduces the time between quick successive cuts. This increases productivity when cutting branches, for example.
- By adding a safety catch to the trigger, the automatic switch-off time could be extended while preventing unintentional switch-on.
- Easy restart after a stop due to overload. Reducing the load for a moment will restart the machine without having to use the trigger switch.

Compact XGT® 40Vmax chainsaw with excellent power-to-weight ratio. Combined with the BL4050F battery, this model is the lightest in its class and its power is comparable to that of 35cc petrol models. Optimised speed control ensures fast acceleration and the user can better sense the load which prevents unexpected stopping due to overloading. Peak power could be increased even further and when the machine stalls it is enough to temporarily reduce the load to switch the engine back on. The trigger with additional safety catch ensures that the machine can remain in standby mode for longer but at the same time is well protected against unintentional starting. The handle with soft grip ensures comfort during use. The chainsaw also has a highly visible felling line that helps to drop trees in the right direction while cutting. The large windowed oil reservoir, automatic chain lubrication with adjustable flow rate and the tool-free chain tensioner greatly increase ease of use. The metal spike bumper provides an excellent grip in the wood, this especially facilitates cutting logs low to the ground. The sword with bearing nose wheel reduces friction and increases cutting speed. Thanks to the WetGuard/IPX4 compatibility, work may be carried out even in poor weather conditions.
