Punches, dies and reversible blades for Metabo nibblers and shears

Metabo punches, dies and reversible blades are the wear parts of the brand's nibblers and sheet metal shears. They decide the cutting quality: a worn punch or blade leaves burrs and asks more force from the machine.

A nibbler works with a punch and a die that together punch a strip out of the sheet. Replace both at the same time, so they keep fitting each other. They are available for several nibblers, including a cordless version on the LTX platform.

The sheet metal shears cut with reversible chisels that have two cutting edges: when one is blunt, you turn the chisel over. There are chisels for a cordless machine that cuts steel up to 800 N/mm², and for other flat shears of the brand. One shear also has a separate bumper.

Each part fits only one type of machine, so check the type designation of your shear before you order. Keep a spare punch or blade at hand for large series of roofing, cladding or ventilation ducts, so the work does not stop.
