The ribs are cold formed to exact specification ensuring reduced wear from slippage. The tip is subjected to a special hardening process with temperatures up to 870°C.
The outcome is a bit with a hardness of 60 HRC. This extra hard tip ensures extra long life under constant use.
The body is manufactured from the highest quality S2 european steel.
The sign of "Quality". All bits are laser marked with the Milwaukee logo and tip reception for easy identification.
