Milwaukee corded saws: circular saws, SAWZALL reciprocating saws and jigsaws
Milwaukee corded saws are the circular saws, SAWZALL reciprocating saws, jigsaws, band saws and mitre saws for cutting on site and in the workshop. Carpenters, installers and demolition crews choose them where the saw has to run for long stretches.
The type of saw follows the cut. A circular saw makes straight cuts in board and beams; blades run from 184 mm to 235 mm, and a dedicated metal circular saw with a 203 mm blade cuts steel profiles. SAWZALL reciprocating saws from 1100 W to 1500 W are made for demolition and for cutting pipes and beams in awkward places.
For curves and cut-outs, take a pendulum jigsaw of 710 W or 750 W. A band saw cuts pipes and profiles with a smooth, accurate cut. Cut-off and mitre saws with a 216 mm or 305 mm blade cut angles and lengths to size for finishing and interior fit-out. If the tool also has to grind or cut chases, that is in angle grinders and wall chasers by Milwaukee, another category within the corded power tools.
