Pneumatic stapler powered by compressed air

A pneumatic stapler drives staples into the material tight and evenly on compressed air, so you fasten quickly and with constant force. That lets you fix fabric, panels, insulation and trim where stapling by hand is too slow or too hard. Connect the device to the compressor, set the working pressure and place staple after staple without a tired hand.

Versions differ mainly in the staple type and leg length they handle, typically from short staples for fine work to longer staples around 40 mm or more. For upholstery and finishing choose a fine stapler; for construction and corrugated fasteners a more powerful model. Watch the magazine capacity, the adjustable drive depth and a contact safety against accidental firing.

A working pressure matched to the device sinks the staples just deep enough without damaging the material. Brands such as Haubold, Paslode, DeWalt and Metabo supply staplers for finishing and production. That way you fasten staple after staple quickly, neatly and reliably, all day long.
