Rectavit spray tips 15° to 65°, 4 m material hose and NBS cleaning adapter

These Rectavit parts belong to spraying contact adhesive from canisters: spray tips, a material hose and an adapter for cleaning the system. They are meant for anyone who bonds large surfaces, such as worktops, panels and cladding, and wants to keep the spray system in good condition.

The spray tip sets the width of the adhesive jet. A 15° tip gives a narrow strip of 3 to 5 cm for edges and strips, 40° sprays 5 to 10 cm wide, and 65° covers 15 to 25 cm for large surfaces. Choose the tip by the width of the workpiece, so you do not spray more adhesive than needed and the edges stay clean.

The 4 m material hose connects the canister to the gun and gives freedom of movement around the workpiece. With the NBS adapter you flush the material hose and the ErgoGrip gun after use, so the adhesive does not harden in the line. These parts are part of the Rectavit paint, glue and sealing tools.
