Shaviv replacement deburring blades, B and E types, for metal and plastic
Shaviv deburring blades are the replaceable blades for a deburring tool: they remove the sharp burr left on an edge of metal or plastic after sawing, drilling or cutting. The blade is a wear part; anyone who deburrs daily replaces it regularly.
The range is divided into types, and the type indicates the application. Type B blades, in 2.65 mm, are meant for metal and plastic and cover everyday work on edges and holes. Type E, in 3.2 mm, is made for solid deburring. Within both types there are variants with their own type number, such as B10, B20 and B30 or E100 to E350, each with its own cutting profile.
There are also blades for specific tasks. The Burr-Bi blade deburrs sheet metal on both sides, and type F deburrs and countersinks in one pass.
