Reliable alignment with the 2210 EKTN9 bearing
- Automatic compensation for shaft misalignment: You accommodate shaft deflections and mounting misalignments effortlessly thanks to the double-row balls and spherical outer ring raceway.
- Simple and secure mounting: The tapered bore allows you to mount the bearing quickly and securely onto your shaft using an adapter sleeve.
- Low friction at high speeds: The lightweight polyamide cage reduces friction and heat generation, ensuring you achieve smooth operation even at elevated rotational speeds.
With the Skf 2210 EKTN9 self-aligning ball bearing, you easily overcome shaft deflections and mounting misalignments in demanding drive systems. Featuring a double row of balls running on a spherical outer raceway, it automatically accommodates static and dynamic angular misalignment without increasing friction or causing premature wear. The tapered bore enables quick, secure installation onto shafts using an adapter sleeve. Combined with a lightweight polyamide cage that reduces operational heat and friction, this bearing delivers smooth, reliable performance in conveyor systems, industrial fans, and machinery drives.
Product description
Self-aligning ball bearings, with a tapered bore, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused, for example, by shaft deflection. The tapered bore facilitates ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves.
- Ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves
- Accommodate static and dynamic misalignment
- Excellent high-speed performance
- Excellent light load performance
- Low friction
