Teroson cavity wax and tectylant for corrosion protection

Hollow sections in vehicles, trailers and industrial structures are among the first places where corrosion takes hold, hidden from sight until serious damage has already occurred. Teroson WX cavity wax products provide long-lasting protection by forming a flexible, moisture-displacing film inside box sections, sills, doors and chassis rails.

The WX 215 wax spray comes in a convenient 500 ml aerosol can with a probe nozzle that reaches deep into confined cavities, making it ideal for spot treatments during maintenance and bodywork repairs. For large-scale applications, the WX 350 and WX 400 tectylants are supplied in 60 litre drums, ready for spray gun application in production lines and fleet maintenance workshops.

These thicker tectylant formulations creep into joints, seams and overlapping panels before setting to a waxy film that resists wash-off and remains effective for years. All three products are designed for hollow section use, where traditional paints and coatings cannot reach, giving you comprehensive corrosion protection from the inside out.
