Robust and surprisingly dynamic
The FRANCESCO XXSG RU black Low ESD S3S makes no secret of its focus on functionality and safety and deliberately omits fashionable frills. The matt, hard-wearing surface of the natural cowhide leather is reminiscent of classic, durable workwear that not only looks good, but is also extremely durable. Functionality also takes centre stage inside the safety shoe: the breathable textile lining ensures a pleasant shoe climate, while the metal-free penetration protection with recycled share and the steel toe cap are discreetly integrated into the construction. Just as robust as the design are the materials used. The WELLMAXX SAFETY GRIP running sole combines PU and rubber: the PU in the midsole delivers the necessary lightness and freedom of movement. Inside the sole is BASF's Infinergy® material, a highly reactive foam constructed as a spring core from thousands of fused foam beads. This provides excellent cushioning, increased cushioning power and high energy return. The creep nose is also PU and reinforces the upper at the front of the shoe to prevent wear and tear. An additional advantage is the ESD capability present, making the shoe also suitable for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The shoe features the following additional markings: The running sole is oil- and fuel-resistant (FO) and provides extra slip resistance on slippery, oily floors (SR). The abrasion-resistant creep nose (SC) increases durability when working on knees, while the special Laddergrip feature (LG) ensures safe grip on sports. For hot environments, the shoe is equipped with a heat-insulating sole (HI) and the heat-resistant running sole (HRO) withstands temperatures up to 300 °C for short periods of time. The FRANCESCO XXSG RU black Low ESD S3S is available in sizes 36 to 48.
