Impressive stock removal rate - The F550 Expert for Metal sanding belts have excellent stock removal on metal surfaces.
The sanding grains made of zirconia alumina ensure exceptionally good stock removal with high durability and come close to fibre discs.
Thanks to the high speed, the desired material removal can be achieved faster.
The vulcanised F-paper is wear-resistant and stable in tough materials.
These sanding belts are designed for dry sanding steel, steel alloys, stainless steel (Inox) and titanium as well as for roughening surfaces and sanding weld seams and transitions.
They are also perfect for performance processing, deburring, clean sanding and derusting of carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as non-ferrous metals.
The sanding belt has electrostatically directed, closely spaced grits and cooling additives for optimum sanding on metal surfaces.
The grit is bonded using a fully synthetic synthetic resin on vulcanised F-glass fibre paper for wear resistance during sanding, even in heavy-duty applications.
Quick and easy change thanks to Bosch's hook-loop fastening system on the back.
Just put it on with the hook-loop attachment.
