Equipment and application
Blue aluminium oxide grain and a stable fibreglass backing make the X451 a reliable flap sanding disc for steel, aluminium, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and wood. Use coarse grit (40) to remove material and welds, medium grit (60-80) to deburr and remove rust, and fine grit (120) to clean and finish metal. Use finer grit (80-120) to remove welds, make repairs and blending aluminium and stainless steel workpieces or sand and clean wood.
