REMA Grade 6 lifting shackles for professional rigging

Shackles are the universal connecting link in any rigging and hoisting setup, and using the correct grade is essential for safe, compliant lifting. This range of 41 REMA harp shackles is manufactured to Grade 6 specifications, providing reliable working load limits from 0.5 tonnes up to 4750 kg.

Two pin styles are available to suit different application requirements. The G-4161 breast bolt type offers quick connection and disconnection for routine sling changes, making it a practical choice for recurring lifts in workshops and on construction sites.

The G-4163 nut-bolt-split pin type provides a positively locked connection that cannot vibrate open, required for long-duration lifts, offshore operations and critical rigging points. Both types feature forged steel bodies with generous bow clearance for multi-leg sling connections and wide jaw openings that accommodate wire rope thimbles, chain links and webbing eyes. Every shackle is individually tested and marked with its working load limit for easy identification and traceability on site.
