Festool compressed-air eccentric and orbital sanders

Festool compressed-air eccentric sanders and an orbital sander sand with compressed air instead of electricity. They are meant for painters, vehicle body shops and furniture workshops that already run a compressor and want a light sander for long sanding sessions.

The LEX 3 is an eccentric sander in four versions: 150/3, 150/5, 150/7 and 77/2,5. The first figure is the diameter of the sanding pad, the second the stroke in mm. A small stroke sands fine and leaves a smooth surface for lacquer; a large stroke removes material faster during rough preparation. With the 77 mm pad you reach small surfaces and profiles.

The LRS 400 is a pneumatic orbital sander for flat surfaces and edges. It runs at 6 bar and uses 390 l/min. For every machine, check that your compressor delivers the required pressure and air volume, especially when several machines run on the same line at once.
