Cordless submersible pumps for clean and dirty water

Cordless submersible pumps move water wherever no power socket is within reach. You lower the pump into a pit, cellar, water butt or flooded space and pump clean or lightly contaminated water away, completely cordless. That makes this tool ideal for gardening work, flood emergencies and jobs on location. Most versions run on 18V, while more powerful models up to 72V deliver a higher flow rate and a greater head height.

When choosing, watch the maximum particle size the pump can handle, the difference between a clean-water variant and a dirty-water pump, and the hose connection size. A float switch starts and stops the pump automatically at the right water level. Brands such as Milwaukee, Gardena, Bosch and Metabo supply pumps that fit within their existing battery platform, so you keep using the same batteries.
