d: Product description PFERD Bevel brush crimped KBU dia. 70x10 mm shank dia. 6 mm stainless steel wire dia. 0.20 Characteristics Excellent for medium-duty brushing such as deburring, cleaning and derusting In order to fulfil the particular requirements for working with stainless steel (INOX), PFERD uses wire quality 1,4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes Practical experience from industry has shown that this offers very good corrosion resistance with an optimum tool life All PFERD brushes with INOX filaments are colour-coded in blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A The wire quality 1,4310 tends to become ferromagnetic in the case of cold working; i E It can be attracted using magnets ;The reason for this is a change in the microstructure caused by deformation ( e.g. during the wire drawing process) This does not have any impact on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX filament The filament is still resistant to corrosion Stainless steel wire (INOX) withstands temperatures up to 450 °C Advantages: The brush is degreased and does not leave any oil residue on the workpiece. Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour. Optimal access to hard-to-reach areas such as inner edges, grooves and keyways. Very good corrosion resistance. Creates fine surfaces.
