Comfortable harness for suspended work and rope access
The HT Access Harness is a specialised rope access harness that offers superior mobility and comfort for suspended work. Designed to EN 361, EN 358 and EN 813 standards, this multifunctional harness is ideal for professionals working at height and need freedom of movement, reliable fall protection and stable work positioning. Thanks to its lightweight construction and streamlined design, it offers confidence when accessing complex vertical environments.
The harness features two attachment points for fall protection on the chest and back, two positioning points on either side of the belt and a dedicated suspension point at the abdomen. The fall protection points are made of aluminium and feature integrated fall indicators for inspection after an incident. The positioning points are foldable for extra comfort when not in use and allow workplace positioning with a suitable safety line.
For long-term comfort, the HT Access is equipped with a Y-Pad back support, a breathable foam belt and mountaineering-style leg loops. The design allows the harness to be put on like trousers, increasing ease of use compared to traditional harnesses. Automatic buckles made of anodised aluminium and stainless steel ensure secure and quick closure, while galvanised steel adjustment buckles allow for precise adjustment. The harness is compatible with various Tractel accessories such as a seat belt, descender, rope clamp and safety line.
Ideal for rope access technicians, tower climbers and industrial rescue teams, the HT Access Harness provides a robust and versatile safety solution for vertical access applications. It is available in sizes S, M, XL and XXL and features tool holders and a seat belt attachment point.
