Product description
Wera Impaktor holder for the absorption of impulse peaks. Particular torsion effect thanks to the double-torsion spring. The retaining ring ensures an optimum fit of the tool in the holder. The magnet provides for additional fixing of the bit and screw. The Impaktor stainless holder with retaining ring and magnet meets the extremely dynamic demands by doing without any small, mechanical parts that are often susceptible. Used mostly for industrial assembly applications such as e.g. with screwdriving robots. Output: suitable for bits with 1/4" hexagon head drive as per DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3. Drive: 1/4" hexagon, suitable for power screwdrivers with take-up as per DIN ISO 1173-F 6.3.

Features and benefits
- The Impaktor stainless steel holder with a retaining ring and magnet satisfies the extreme, dynamic requirements in that there are consciously no small mechanical component parts fitted as they would be more susceptible to failure. It focuses on the basic bit holding function and the cushioning of the extreme impulse peaks with its two different torsion zones. Mainly used in industrial screw assembly applications e.g. with screwdriving robots.
- Suitable for extra high torque e.g. from modern 18 volt impact screwdrivers with particularly high resilience. Reduces the risk of premature breakage of the holder or bit and increases the productivity when screwdriving with power tools.
- Wera's Impaktor system consisting of Impaktor bits and Impaktor holders is today's necessary addition to the BiTorsion system with the creation of the TriTorsion system.
- Wera Impaktor bits and holders can also be used individually. However, the best results are achieved with the combination of the two tools that are optimally matched to one another.
