Our Scotch-Brite Roloc Body Man's brush disc is made with stiff plastic bristles in a radial pattern that prevents build-up. The disc does not clog with dust, making it ideally suited for cleaning undercoats that accumulate quickly and removing rubber undercoats, seam filler, rust and paint.
Use Scotch-Brite Roloc Body Man's brush disc for cleaning and removing paint and coatings, sealants and rust from both hard and soft metals. Our brush discs are suitable for use on aluminium, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron and stainless steel. They are small and portable, for hard-to-reach areas. The flexible bristles stay securely in place during use so minimal effort is required to achieve the desired finish. Thanks to the combination of 3M ceramic abrasive grain and plastic bristles, our discs offer sharp cutting action, while the flexible, elastic bristles prevent surface grooves from forming. The ceramic abrasive grain on these discs consists of a blend of aluminium oxide that we have developed, which is stronger and harder than standard aluminium oxide. It has a faster and longer-lasting cutting action, with the minerals regularly breaking down and continuously releasing sharp edges. Thanks to this sharpness, less physical effort is needed to sand the surface efficiently. Our discs come with the 3M Roloc fastening system and a backing disc set for quick disc changes. With half a turn, you can attach or detach them securely. The 3M Roloc backing disc set is suitable for fixing all kinds of tools with or without washers or tensioning heads, and is ideal for use with angled or straight pneumatic tools.
