The ROBSON XXP GTX blue-red Low ESD S2 looks like a casual trainer with its blue-red design, but in reality it is a full-fledged S2 safety shoe. S2 means that the shoe has no penetration protection and is therefore especially suitable for work environments where there is no danger from sharp objects on the floor. Think of the food industry, painters and electricians, but also laboratories and clean rooms. Looking at the potential hazards in these work areas, it quickly becomes clear why this shoe is ideal. In food processing, waterproof shoes are crucial, as they often work with water and detergents. This is where this shoe feels at home: the hydrophobic suede leather and textile upper repels water, and the inner lining with GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear even makes it completely waterproof. The steel toecap in the shoe offers protection against mechanical impact and falling tools. Its ESD capability is especially important for electricians, to prevent electrostatic discharges, and for laboratories and cleanrooms to protect sensitive equipment or materials from damage. As you are often on your feet for long periods of time in all these work areas, an additional feature of the WELLMAXX PEAK series comes into its own: the BASF Infinergy® sole core. This protects muscles and joints through its dynamic cushioning, making hard floors less stressful. With certifications FO (oil and fuel resistance), SR (slip resistance), LG (Laddergrip), WR (waterproofing) and CI (cold insulation), this shoe is prepared for all the challenges that come its way.
