Grinding wheels for bench grinders, surface finishing and precision work

Grinding wheels are the core consumable for sharpening, deburring, shaping and surface finishing on metals. With over 500 products in this category, the selection covers bench grinder stones, mounted points for die grinders, and precision surface grinding wheels in a wide range of grit grades and bond types.

Norton leads the assortment with vitrified bond wheels in diameters from 80 mm up to 406 mm, including aluminium oxide grades for general steel work and SG (seeded gel) abrasives for demanding finishes on hardened steel. Pferd contributes mounted points and specialty grinding tools, while Metabo, Bosch and Makita supply wheels matched to their own bench grinders and angle grinders.

Fein, Tyrolit, Milwaukee and HiKOKI complete the range with application-specific options. Key specifications include bore sizes of 32 mm and 127 mm, grit designations from coarse 24 through fine 60, and hardness grades from soft H through hard V. Match the wheel diameter and bore to your machine, then select grit and bond for the material and finish required.
